The frequency has raised. What is the frequency of the world today?
What is the overall frequency of the world today?
It is the total of frequencies of all the minds on the planet.
So when all the souls on the planet
Are vibrating at a lower frequency
The world is at a lower frequency.
Kalyug.
One person awakened, then the second, followed by the third.
When every soul starts awakening in this way
And once they awaken, when they keep raising their frequency even higher
So the moment one person also awakens
It says the effect
Is not just on one soul
The effect is not only on people around that soul.
Humanity rises a notch.
The lion is so beautiful - the world is awakened.
So beautiful.
Our responsibility and our contribution
Today all of us are complaining that the world has become like this.
Even when watching news, we crib about the state of the world.
We say the world needs to change.
Who is going to change the world?
People say I don't want my child to be innocent because he cannot survive otherwise.
How will he fight and how will he survive? People will cheat him and walk all over him.
We need to understand, that if we look at other people's lower frequency
If we become that way and make others also the same way.
What will happen to the world?
The more this world goes towards a lower frequency
We start saying that we also need to become that way to survive?
Are we going to become what the world is today?
Or are we going to become something and make the world like that?
This is a choice we have.
That last line is very beautiful - if one soul awakens, the world is awakening.
Beautiful.
Till now we thought whenever we bring a change in ourselves
It will impact me and the people around me.
We knew that our family will benefit from our transformation.
The people we work without whoever we meet during the day.
You look at your entire day's schedule
Whoever you meet throughout the day
Your change will influence them.
That we know, we can see it. It is visible that they are getting affected.
But it says that the humanity rises a notch.
When it says that the entire humanity gets uplifted
The world is awakening.
Now we understand that for the world to awaken
For Satyug to get created or begin
Each and everybody's contribution
Plays a huge role.
When we say that we want to do something for the world or for the society
If we want to make a contribution
Towards creating a peaceful world
It is so simple.
Many saints have said - when you are peaceful, there can be no noise.
When you become righteous, there can be no thief.
So it means that if we change, the frequency of the world will raise.
Of the entire world, the entire creation.
So our frequency is not just ours
It is a part of the universal frequency.
You are a piece of this entire Jigsaw puzzle.
Only a piece.
When you rise, the other pieces also rise.
So one person's change creates so many miracles.
When we remember that
We need to pay attention and remind ourselves that
I should not get influenced by the environment.
I should influence the environment.
I don't want to be nor do I want my children to become as per what is happening in the world.
But I should become and make my children the way I want the world to be.
Okay.
You mentioned that parents today are saying - so much is happening in the world so that kids should have sanskars of shrewdness or similar ones.
If the children are innocent or peaceful
How will they survive in this world?
When everyone starts thinking like this
And everyone starts becoming like that
What happens to the quality of humanity?
If we want a peaceful world
If we want a beautiful world
We have to give ourselves and our children, those beautiful Sanskars.
Then we will be contributing towards creating a beautiful world.
We have been criticizing this world.
Yet we want our children to become that way
But that makes the world even bitter
So we need to understand.
If every parent says that they will prepare the children in such a way that Satyug gets created
Then everybody is frequency will rise.
It has to rise.
Every day we need to create a thought for ourselves
I am a divine soul and I am God's Angel.
I am God's Angel.
Today people are looking for Angels.
They are searching for Angels.
Even in healing today they have - Angel healing.
Different Angels are given different names.
They say - if you want wealth, then invite this particular Angel.
If you want health, invite this Angel.
In some places it is written that each one of us has a Guardian Angel.
So all of us has an Angel who is taking care of us.
We say that about Deities also - to worship a particular Deity for strength
If you want to learn music, worship Sri Saraswathi.
It is similar to the belief about Angels.
One is to invoke Angels.
To seek help from a Guardian Angel.
That is one way of living.
The other way is to become an Angel ourselves.
There is a difference.
It is a huge difference.
Whom do we call as Angel?
Whom do we label as Angel?
One who has purity, one who accepts everyone
One who gives happiness to everyone.
So every morning we wake up and create the first thought - I am God's Angel.
I am God's Angel.
Today every soul who meets me
Will get God's wisdom, love and power upon meeting me.
Write this in your destiny every morning.
Our destiny.
We need to create our daily destiny ourself
Depending on what vibration we create here.
If we keep saying that we are weak
That we need to invoke somebody if we want anything
We need to invoke the power we have within.
Who are those Guardian Angels? We are them, is it not?
But the opposite is so easy, to say that the world has become selfish.
Today even kids misuse your goodness.
Such talks are heard so often.
Vibration.
But this is easier than what you are saying.
But that is a victim way of living.
Then why is that more common?
Because that is the majority vibration.
Each of us needs to change the vibrations, one by one.
We need to change our thoughts, vocabulary and consciousness.
Because when we change and when we rise, the frequency of the universe increases.
And if everyone thinks the other way
Then Kalyug keeps getting stronger and stronger.
Like in a house if one person's frequency increases
The atmosphere of the house changes.
People who planned to leave in half an hour might spend time with us for even 3 hours
The express that they experience peaceful vibrations.
They can make out the difference.
If the whole world does this.
But that line very beautifully says - that one person's awakening will also change the whole world.
We saw the other day - when everyone adds a glass of water to the pond
Then the pond of the world will be filled with water alone.
Everyone will look at the other and add water itself.
And everyone drinks water from that Pond.
We contribute to the world consciousness.
And we get influenced by the world consciousness.
Both are happening the whole day.
Now we need to add milk into this world consciousness, instead of water.
Today if you add milk instead of water into this Pond.
Then you did not create milk only here on the soul.
You changed the quality of the liquid in the pond also.
Just by you adding a glass of milk, the quality of the liquid in that pond has changed.
One person, even if it is 1 out of thousand.
Even if it is one out of a million.
But the quality has definitely changed.
When one person's thinking changes, the thinking of the entire pond changes.
The frequency of the world changes when one person's thinking changes.
Some one person might have created a lower frequency.
Then a few more did the same, thereafter a majority followed
Show the frequency of the universe has gone down.
Even centres are opened the same way. One person begins.
He starts a small classroom of Srimad Bhagavad Gita.
Soon a few people from the neighbourhood join.
And gradually the number will grow.
This is Seva. If we get any chance to do Seva throughout the day
That we are a part of any Seva
Which will contribute to souls increasing their frequency
If somebody's soul power increases
If they connect to God.
If they fill themselves with God's wisdom.
If we get an opportunity to do such a Seva
It is our fortune.
It is our Fortune and we need to look for such opportunities.
Today we are doing this TV program.
One soul thought
That we will do such a program.
So that this Gyan reaches every house through the medium of television.
This was only a thought.
There was no major planning or preparation for it. It was only somebody's thought.
Today that soul planted a seed.
Created that thought.
Added physical effort, put their mind and contributed their wealth.
And started the Seva.
When the Seva started
That soul would not have imagined that the Seva will reach lakhs of people.
Only one seed was planted.
Today that seed has yielded so many fruits.
Today the awakening which has happened in the lives of so many souls
And because of them the awakening that has happened with souls around them.
Among them so many brothers and sisters have become instruments to open new centres.
Everything is getting multiplied.
Like a ripple effect.
So the one soul who started it, how many blessings will that person get?
One person's contribution has benefited several people.
All these chances where we get an opportunity
Somebody can do Seva using his physical strength
Someone else using his wealth
Another can do it using his mind
Doing this Seva earns blessings.
Because, this Seva empowers somebody and reduces their pain.
They got healed and recovered from illnesses.
So how many blessings will we get?
I met a boy in Mumbai.
He said he was contemplating suicide.
But he saw this TV program of awakening. He kept watching and after a while he went to the centre.
He went to the Bandra Centre which was nearest to his place.
He said he has been Happy ever since.
Imagine he was contemplating suicide and today he is so happy because of the program.
Being a part of a Seva like this
Is also a very easy way by which we can raise our frequency.
First of all we so what is the information we take in.
Once we take care of it, our frequency and vibration with increase.
Next this or that we pay attention to what we think throughout the day.
Then we understood about the vibrations of food and water.
After that we discussed about the discipline to follow throughout the day.
No gossip, no prejudice and no slander.
We discussed that we should not talk about our problems with other people.
Following all these small practices will increase our frequency.
Another easy way is to do Seva.
Doing Seva.
God teaches us to do Seva. He says it will increase the soul power.
Suppose you do Seva of any form.
Whether it is visible or invisible.
Nobody knows what you did.
But you did something. Whether you invested money for it
Whether you used your physical strength
Or you served through your mind by giving a blessing.
Then you become a part of that Seva.
As soon as you did a Seva
And other people benefitted from it
Their soul power increased.
Their frequency increased because of your karma.
So where will their blessings come?
We get very pure and powerful wishes and blessings.
When all this energy comes to you
Blessings need not mean somebody is doing it consciously.
But if you are instrumental in having their frequency raised
If you were an instrument for it.
Then your frequency will definitely increase.
Seva becomes a very easy way
We see so many brothers and sisters coming to the centre today.
Everyone takes Gyan, meditate
The inculcate that Gyan in practical life.
And then they do Seva. Seva is a subject in spiritual life.
First is Gyan - knowledge.
Second is Yog - meditation.
Third is Dharna - implementing the Gyan.
Fourth is Seva - service.
Everyone who comes to the centre offers Seva in different ways.
Some people clean the centre.
Some of them cook food.
Some people offer money to run the centre.
Some others help the sisters who run the centre in different ways.
Some people help in organising programs at the centre.
They do it in their own small ways.
Some people clean the centre, someone takes newcomers around and explains, someone else talks very nicely to people who visit there.
Even have doctors who come and medically take care of the sisters running the centre.
That is how the organisation now has grown to over 10 lakh people.
It's because of each and every person. One person at a time.
But it was started by one person.
And there are lots of people who will benefit in future.
That is why God gives us a slogan
When we change, the world changes.
Beautiful.
Today we are otherwise waiting for the world to change.
And we say when the world changes then I will be a happy person.
Be the change you want to see.
Be the change you want the world to be.
It is such a powerful line which all of us have heard.
But what does it mean - be the change that you want the world to be.
However you want the world to be
You just have to become that.
But if we say that the world has become like this
So we are having to change according to it.
Then we are being what the world is today.
Let us not be what the world is today.
Be what we want the world to be.
If everyone does a small homework.
And write down - how do I want the world to be?
Write it in 5 lines.
And once you write five lines of how you want the world to be
Start creating that here.
And we have started contributing towards the world being that.
Such deep meanings come out of small sentences.
When we start living its meaning
We should start living them.
Our every thought is creating the reality.
And even before thoughts - information.
And how every thought works on Every cell of the body.
Thought comes into action and action creates destiny.
While doing all this even health improves.
Because the way will think determines our health.
Today, after all these episodes we need to finalize one thing.
Whatever is the reality we want
We need to create that vibration.
This is a good point. Just as we say I am this, we can say he or she is this.
We can do this with everybody.
When we come to the centre for the first time to learn Rajyoga meditation.
We come there with all our weaknesses.
With all our vices and weaknesses.
The first line we get from God is
You are a pure soul.
He does not say - you will become a pure soul.
He does not also say - you can become a pure soul.
Or - you are about to become a pure soul.
You are a pure soul.
And then we start taking that - I am a pure soul.
I am a divine soul.
When we listen to it for the first time we feel - I am nowhere near divinity.
I am nowhere near purity.
But we are taught this is how you have to bring about that change.
Whatever you want to become and whatever you want in reality
Start creating that vibration.
It is like, if you want to prepare Khichdi
The ingredients should also be what is required to prepare it.
You can't use Atta which is used for roti.
Whatever tree you want to grow, we need to plant its seed.
Today let each of us write down a brief meditation for ourselves
So that we do it every day.
I am a divine soul.
How many ever times we think of it, say it and even write it
We are creating a vibration of divinity for ourselves.
I am a divine soul.
My every thought, word and action
Is divine, is full of love and respect for all.
For all.
My every thought, word and action are filled with love and respect.
I accept everyone as they are.
It is very important to create this vibration every day.
I accept each one as they are.
With that we accept ourselves first of all?
Each one, so that everyone is included.
When we see each one, everyone gets included.
I, the soul accept people completely as they are.
We are creating a vibration which is becoming a reality.
I am a divine soul. My every thought, word and action are full of love and respect.
I accept everyone as they are.
My relationships are beautiful.
All my relationships are very beautiful.
If we need to work on a very specific relationship
Then we need to say about that specific relationship
This particular relationship is extremely beautiful.
We have to see the technique - that it is already beautiful - and create that vibration.
Every cell of my body is filled with God's Love and divinity.
God's purity is reaching Every cell of my body.
My body is perfect, healthy.
If we have any specific illness like high blood pressure or cholesterol or any other issue.
Create a vibration - my blood pressure is normal.
You should say it "is" normal. We are giving that message.
Every part of my body is perfect.
But if there is a specific ailment.
Then we need to create a vibration for that also.
This is normal, this is perfect.
If somebody has an extra growth or tumor in the body or cancer.
We have to keep the vibration - God's purity is here, this tumor is gone. It is finished.
It is past, it is over.
It does not exist in my body.
It is already finished. Don't say - it will finish or it should finish.
It is finished - this is the message.
So that is the vibration for the souls Sanskars
For relationships and for perfect health.
And then - I am God's Angel.
Whoever meets me today will get God's wisdom, love and power from me.
So there are only 5 lines totally.
We can add to it any personal message relevant to our life situation.
If there is anything specific or any issue
Write it down. The way it should be written needs to be very clear.
Whatever is the reality we want, we have to write - this is
Once we create this
Three to five times in the morning as soon as we wake up
We are going to create this internally, very powerfully
With conviction and with visualisation.
As we read it out we have to see it and visualise it.
We need to create it beautifully five times and record it here.
If we do the same recording while drinking water or eating food and before sleeping
5 times as soon as we wake up
One or two times after every hour, during the day.
We call this - traffic control of thoughts.
If there are too many thoughts getting created and scattered, stop.
Before drinking water, tea or milk.
Before drinking anything we need to add our intention to it.
So as soon as a glass of water or tea is served to us
You are looking at it, invoking God's energy
God's powers are in this
And all our intentions - I am a divine soul.
I accept each one as they are.
I am God's Angel.
My body is perfect.
Add all these vibrations to food and water before consuming.
To anything that we eat or drink. And do it again before sleeping at night.
These have to be our last thoughts as we fall asleep at night.
So it goes on in our consciousness throughout the night.
When we do this we create the vibrations
Of the reality we want
And then we create a reality of our choice.
