Hello readers biggest reason  for wrinkles and fine lines under your eyes is because of aging, but when you are not aged  and when the wrinkles appear earlier then it is very big issues, you should do something to cure it as early as possible. 1. Exposure to strong sun light for a long time. 

2. Smoking. 

There could be various other reasons too such as sicknesses, lack of water in body and so many more.

Here are few ways by which you could stop wrinkles and fine lines for longer duration or reduce it at least its beginning. 

1. Using skin applicants - amongst all skin applicants avocado face pack really works effectively on wrinkles and fine lines, avocado is rich  in vitamin A and vitamin E. Therefore it is works as a moisturizer, so mash avocado and apply around your eyes or you may apply it on whole face it will be beneficial for your whole face and keep it for 20 minutes and wash it out with cold water. This will really remove your wrinkle problems.

2. Olive oil - by massaging your around your eyes with Olive oil is one of the best home remedies to cure wrinkles. Olive oil have  vitamin E and also antioxidants. So to treat your wrinkle with olive oil you have to take  a little olive oil in your finger and then rub it around your eyes, below your eyes, massage from this at least  10 to 20 minutes and then wash it out with cold water.

3. Coconut oil and Turmeric - Coconut oil is rich in different types of vitamins which helps in maintaining your skin overall health and turmeric is very famous because it acts as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti fungal which is really helpful for our skin health. So coconut oil and turmeric combination is really help full. Take little amount of coconut oil, put a little amount of turmeric inside, mix it well and apply it below your eyes, rub it for sometimes and leave it for 20-30 minutes and then wash it with warm water.

4. Argon oil - Argon oil has anti aging characteristics, so take little amount of  argon oil and apply under your eyes, move your fingers around your wrinkles and sometimes  close your eyes and apply around your eyelashes it is also good for your eyes hair, overall effect will be very wonderful. Apply it for sometime at least 15 minutes keep it and wash it from cold water.

5. Dietary remedies - Consume fruits and vegetables which is rich in vitamins C and E, we should take  Sunflower seeds , sunflower oil and almonds these are better source of vitamin E or vitamin C also consume oranges, sweet lime and lemon. 

Some exercise for our face to treat wrinkles and fine lines

Here i have mentioned some exercise to tighten your facial muscles so take mouthful of water and keep it in your mouth rotate it from both the sides in the mouth and up and down and also splash little water on your eyes, keep it for some time and drink the water and wipe the face, when you are filling water in your mouth your entire facial muscles are tightened and in this case when you splash water it really relaxes your entire eye muscles and gives a very soothing effect very refreshing effect and in such effect wrinkles are removed automatically, So do this regularly twice in a day. 

Another exercise is trataka, 

Trataka is very famous eye exercise. There are multiple muscles which are holding our eye balls they need to be exercised because they need to be relaxed once they are relaxed then the wrinkles problems you will never face again. So try to do this eye exercises regularly.  It should be part of your routine either in the morning or in the evening so do them consistently  and you can do one thing more just close your eyes and sit when you are not using your eyes to relax your eyes . 

Another technique is,

One Facial massage which is called Kapalrandhra Dhauti Where you are rubbing your forehead and relaxing where you are rubbing your hands around your cheeks and relaxing the area around your eyes and even your ears. So this is how whole facial muscles are exercised, given warmth given energy and exercise and Relax and that helps in reducing wrinkles . 

There are certain asanas which would also work beautifully because they supply good amount of blood on the facial cells and naturally that would help to tighten the facial muscles.

Asana like sarvangasana , hastapadasana and dhanurvakrasana are excellent for face .

Do's and Dont's to treat wrinkles and fine lines at home

1. Do not much strain your eyes by staring at your computer and                             mobiles constantly for a longer period of time. 

2. Do sleep for at least 7-8 hours. 

3. Quit smoking. 

4. Minimize your direct exposure to sun 

5. lastly do not take too much of stress .

Steam inhalation where you are boiling water in a pot bring it on a table, pulling it a bit and keeping your face over it may be covering your head and letting the steam to touch your skin for some time where you could sweat out a bit , tap and wipe it out a bit. 
This steam inhalation would Really help in removing wrinkles , follow all these techniques which you should do to slow down your aging and you should not age earlier in life. So try and see you respect your age and time and everything Should come at the right time not earlier, so use all these things.
